This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on http://affiliate.alliceteaspot.com and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Some cookies are strictly necessary for a site to work; others are optional and help the owner understand how the site is being used. Similar technologies include local storage, which is what we use to remember your consent choice.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| tls_cookie_consent_v1 | Essential (local storage) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies so the banner is not shown repeatedly. | 12 months |
| _ts_session | Essential | Maintains basic page state and helps prevent form abuse. | Session |
| _analytics_id | Optional — analytics | Distinguishes returning visits in aggregate statistics. Set only if you accept analytics. | 13 months |
| Retailer attribution cookies | Third party | Set by a retailer or affiliate network only if you click an outbound product link, to attribute a purchase. | Varies (typically 1–30 days) |
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media tracking widgets, session recording or heat-mapping tools on this site.
3. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. Nothing optional is loaded before you answer. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, which clears your stored choice and shows the banner again.
You can also control cookies in your browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all allow you to block or delete cookies from their privacy settings. Blocking all cookies will not break this site, though your consent choice will be forgotten and the banner will reappear on every visit.
4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, optional analytics cookies will not be set even if you have previously accepted them. We also respect Do Not Track headers where they are present.
5. Third-party cookies from affiliate links
If you click an outbound link to a retailer, that retailer may set cookies on its own domain. We have no access to or control over those cookies. You can review the retailer's cookie notice before completing a purchase, and clearing your browser cookies after visiting will remove them.
6. Updates
If we add or remove a cookie, this table will be updated and the date at the top of the page will change. We review this page at least once a year.
